I want a divorce.
I’ve thought long and hard about this. We have tried to coexist for almost 250 years. For a while, it was working. We both (sort of) shared fundamental values like goodness, fairness, decency, and love of country. Sure, we have had our disagreements on policy or even philosophy. But we stayed together because, at our cores, what united us was far greater than what divided us.
I have since come to realize this arrangement is no longer tenable for either party. What was once understood as common civility has been turned on its head — by you. Not only do you hate our fundamental values, you actively seek to destroy them. You do not seek truth; instead, you seek far-reaching power no matter how you have to obtain it.
Your lack of belief in a higher power and basic integrity and morality – in addition to us just not getting along on basic, everyday issues — has caused me to realize we can no longer go on as The United States of America.
I’m not sure what this country is right now – but it’s not the America that once was. The way the Democrats and the media (constant qualifier: same difference) have sought to destroy Judge Brett Kavanaugh should scare the living daylights out of any fair-minded person.
Judge Kavanaugh‘s accuser, a far-left activist named Christine Ford, is now (as I predicted she would) backtracking on testifying against him. She is complaining she doesn’t want to be put under oath.
Why is this woman still being taken seriously??!!
Of course she doesn’t want to testify under oath under threat of felony perjury. She’s lying!
Not one single witness she named in her allegation about Brett Kavanagh drunkenly groping her over her clothes 36 years ago has verified her account. Not only did they say they weren’t at the party, they said no such party ever happened.
Now we have another desperate leftist who had been courted by Democrats and the media to make up something — anything – to buttress Christine Ford’s claims of sexual abuse.
Right on cue, a woman named Deborah Ramirez claimed that Brett Kavanagh assaulted her at Yale. However, she was so drunk during the time of the party (I smell a pattern with these Democrat “victims”) that not only did she not know if Kavanaugh was there, but it was only after six days cloistered with her lawyer (who happens to be a far-left activist funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation) that she suddenly remembered it might have been Brett Kavanagh that pushed a dildo in her face at a party 35 years ago.
One problem? Like with Christine Ford’s allegation, nobody verifies anything she said. Not one person.
And now, one of the biggest bottom feeders of them all, “attorney” Michael Avenatti (who represents a porn star who reneged on a nondisclosure agreement) claims he represents a woman who says that Brett Kavanaugh and his friends would run gang rape trains on them at Yale after the men drugged and forced them into unconsciousness!
Are you kidding me?!
Yale is a relatively small campus. They don’t accept that many students every year. It does seem odd that when of all of these nefarious things were allegedly occurring, they were not reported or even anecdotally told to a friend. Again: literally not one person can verify even a rumor about these things happening.
All of this garbage was pulled out of the ass of a Democrat activist.
But the evil scum who inhabit the left do not care. Brett Kavanaugh is an exemplary human being and has more character in 1/8th of his pinky fingernail than leftists have in their entire bodies. He has passed six FBI background investigations. Democrats shrieking about how he won’t subject himself to an FBI background check are insane.
The problem is, Democrats know all of this is garbage. They know they are railroading and trying to destroy an innocent man. They do not care.
Plus, they do not care about women. If they did, they would’ve taken Bill Clinton to the woodshed a long time ago – not to mention Ted Kennedy, and more recently, Keith Ellison. But they don’t. They don’t care about women. Well, they care about aborting women – but that’s a different story.
The only conclusion I can draw about the left is that they don’t really believe in God. At all. So many on the left claim atheism and/or the climate change hoax as their “religion”. If they believed in God, they would understand that making things up and trying to destroy innocent people is not something upon which our Creator fondly smiles.
But they are so steeped in their leftist, Antifa, #resist, insane philosophy they think their ultimate end justifies any means necessary.
In the past few years we have seen what a leftist rush to judgment looks like. George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin. Michael Brown. Freddie Gray. The Duke lacrosse team fake rape case. The McMartin preschool sexual abuse trial. Rolling Stone almost going bankrupt paying punitive damages because a far-left feminist reporter accused innocent fraternity members of rape. A left-wing activist getting sentenced to jail for inventing rape allegations for a racial motive. Tawana Brawley and Al Sharpton. I could go on and on and on.
They simple reason the left wants to destroy Brett Kavanagh (and anyone who dares to take a position in the Trump Administration) is because he has a different political and judicial philosophy than they do.
Democrats are not kidding around when they say they want to purge all contrary thought. They may not say it out loud – because to admit it to would be to admit they are totalitarian fascists. But make no mistake: that’s what they want.
You think you’re going to run for office as a Republican or take a position or an appointment by President Trump and withstand the outlandish scrutiny from Democrats and the media? Get ready for your life to be ruined.
They are trying to scare patriots and Normal America into silence. They are trying to stop good people from running for office or accepting positions under this president.
They don’t just hate Trump. They hate the people who voted for him.
They hate us.
It’s time to stop pretending that they don’t.
I want a divorce from these people. I don’t know how that’s going to look, but I really don’t feel like this situation is tenable for much longer. We have one group of people who seek to destroy anyone with whom they disagree. They don’t want to debate – they want to shut down debate. They don’t want free speech – they want to kill free speech. They don’t believe in a presumption of innocence unless, of course, a Democrat is involved…or an illegal alien or MS-13 gang member. Then they get all the presumption of innocence in the world!
There is nothing redeeming about the left. Their philosophy is bankrupt, their base and media are treacherous, and under normal circumstances we would laugh them off as the freaks they are.
Unfortunately, the radical left that’s taken over the Democrat party and the media is not playing around. They are deadly serious in their aims. Their radical agenda MUST be achieved. They have thrown decency, honor, morality, kindness, and basic humanity out the window to attain their goals.
So, yes.
Democrats, leftists in the media, and people who support them: I want a divorce. It’s going to be nasty. But in the end, Normal America will gain custody of this country. You guys can have California and maybe siphon off Oregon and Washington. Maybe part of Nevada. But here’s the deal: you’re not allowed to come over to the Free States of America. You get to stay right there and let your own little Venezuela eat you alive.
If the Republicans allow Brett Kavanagh to be destroyed with no evidence, they are worthless. This man must be confirmed to the Supreme Court and it must happen on Thursday after Christine Ford refuses to testify. Our Republic and our way of life is at stake.
The leftist hoard is deadly serious. It’s time the good guys became deadly serious, too.
