On Aug. 26, a liberal, gay, black, former reporter of WDBJ7 in Roanoke, Virginia named Vester Flanagan (professional name: Bryce Williams) opened fire on and murdered two former colleagues Alison Parker and Adam Ward on live television, documenting the carnage on his phone and broadcasting it to his social media sites before leading police on a chase that eventually ended with Flanagan’s suicide.
Among the devastation was Flanagan’s “manifesto” (ever since Ted Kaczynski, every left-wing and mass murderer in general seems to think the world needs to hear and understand the ramblings from their sick minds), a 23-page tirade against society—specifically, white people (Alison in particular was singled out; he claimed she called him a racist term), the Charleston, South Carolina church shootings, and former colleagues at various stations where he had worked. He was known to be easily agitated and quick to take offense, and had filed at least one lawsuit alleging widespread racism at a station where he was once employed.
He also wanted a race war.
Ever since Barack Obama uttered the now infamous phrase, “The Cambridge police acted stupidly,” in reference to the arrest of Henry Louis Gates for essentially disorderly conduct and accusing a white police officer of all manner of racism, which was later proven incorrect, the United States has been put on notice that this president, for all his promises of “uniting” the country, has done and will do everything necessary in order to divide this country based on race. It’s called fundamental transformation, people.
If the canonization of criminals like Trayvon Martin (“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon”), Michael Brown, and Freddie Gray has taught us anything, it’s that this president will do everything in his power to stoke the flames of racial divide. And he always gets the facts utterly and completely wrong.
Because of Obama’s constant rushing to defend common street thugs over police officers before all the relevant facts come out, he has, by his words and actions, figuratively set ablaze cities like Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland. He has given license and tacit approval to the rioters, looters, gang members and general losers to behave in a criminal and destructive manner.
Who suffers the most? The normal, law-abiding citizens and business owners of those communities, of course. And when the rioting subsides, Obama and the rest of his sleazy administration will blame “decades” of “white privilege” and racism, chastise and persecute police, seek to nationalize entire police forces, and change the nature of “racist” neighborhoods using the Department of Housing and Urban Development—all with the approval of an adoring, compliant press and Democrat sycophants.
The heartfelt wish of a race war from people like Vester Flanagan and groups like the New Black Panthers and rioters in Baltimore, Ferguson, and the entire Black Lives Matter movement did not arise out of a vacuum. For the last six and a half years, this president has sought “fundamental transformation”—and, as an acolyte of Saul Alinsky, he knows that to fundamentally transform something you must first completely tear down whatever it is you want to change.
In this instance, that’s the America most of us love and hold dear. The America that has struggled to overcome a sometimes dark past; the America that upholds the words of Martin Luther King, Jr.—to judge someone on the content of their character, not the color of their skin; the America that believes in the rule of law and not rewarding or excusing those who break it; the America that believes in hard work and rewarding excellence, not sloth and laziness; the America that I (and millions like me) desperately want back.
In the late 1960s, Charles Manson preached that the coming race war (which necessitated Helter Skelter and his directed murders in the Tate/LaBianca cases to accelerate it) would pit white against black and that his followers would eventually have to “show blackie how it’s done” and then take over the world (again).
While today’s racehustlers and race pimps don’t have the same motivation, they seek the same destructive ends. The never-ending stirring of the racial pot by this president and “black leaders” has only exacerbated mistrust and racial animus. I submit to you it’s not “whitey” who has the problem—at least not the “whitey” I know.
I put a great chunk of the blame on the “whitey” of the radical left and the Democrat party—a party that has singlehandedly ruined the black family, helped to destroy initiative in the black community, excuses criminality and general thuggery, applauds that 2/3 of all Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are in “urban” areas, tells their constituents they are too stupid to get a photo I.D. to vote (but not, presumably, for government assistance), and blames it all on…Republicans. And whitey.
We are at a tipping point in this country. Will we unite as one people and fight those opportunistic, shameless, and evil racehustlers who seek to divide us based on race, or will we succumb to the wishes of the likes of Vander Flanagan, thugs in Baltimore and Ferguson, and the #BlackLivesMatter brigade and be drawn into this race war they so desperately want?
Obama leaves office in January, 2017 and hopefully, depending on who his successor is, our long, national nightmare will finally be over.
I pray that we as a nation can hang on long enough to see that door hit him in the ass on the way out of the White House—the People’s House—and send him back to the Democrat paradise of Chicago, Illinois.
